LOCAL PICK UP:
We are located in Whitehouse Station, NJ. If you would like to pick up your order in person, please select the option during checkout and we will contact you to arrange pick up.

Shipping cost & delivery schedule:

Shipping cost & delivery timing are determined by the carrier.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping dates to ensure product quality. Factors such as weather, product availability, holidays and other circumstances beyond our control may impact shipping schedules.

Warm Climate Shipping Requirements:

For states with warmer climates, a $5 flat fee is required to cover ice packs and insulation to ensure that your items arrives in optimal condition. This is exclusive of the free shipping offer.
For certain delicate products, particularly warm climates, expedited shipping is required.

Order Processing:

We do not hold orders for future shipping dates. Orders are processed and shipped out as soon as possible.
We do not ship on specific dates or offer date-specific delivery.

Shipping Limitations:

Some products, such as custom orders (cakes, cake pops, cookies), cannot be shipped and are ONLY available for pick up.

Customer Responsibility:

We are not responsible for errors in shipping addresses provided by customers.
We are not liable if the recipient has moved, entered an incorrect address or refuses to accept the package.

Shipping Issues/Damage:

For any damaged, missing or melted products, we require photo proof. Without this, we are unable to provide replacements or refunds.
We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement or refund will be issued due to the specific circumstances and supporting information.
Free shipping does not include the $5 fee for the ice pack/insulation.
